Anthony DiLonardo Art Director
Bio

Anthony is a proven Art Director who will help your team solve complex visual problems through design, in both corporate and criminal proceedings. He has logged thousands of hours designing, illustrating, and animating presentations, infographics, and demonstratives, particularly in areas of intellectual property, proprietary hardware, software and life science technology. He has worked closely with teams both in war-rooms and from afar, supporting various partners, associates, paralegals, jury consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver favorable outcomes for clients at state and federal levels.

Anthony has served a number of law firms including WilmerHale, Morrison Foerster, Paul Weiss, and Gibson Dunn. Additionally, he has consulted on matters involving corporate clients and startups such as Intel, VMware, Nikon, CitiGroup, Autodesk, Whirlpool, Oracle, Viacom, Comcast, Akamai, and Nevro Corporation protecting intellectual property, trade secrets and proprietary technology across many industries. He brings his expertise to every proceeding in a matter: from preliminary technology tutorials, Markman hearings, briefs and expert reports, to mock trials and trials. Some notable cases include a full defense verdict for Intel Corp against VLSI’s claim of $3.1bn, the DOJ’s prosecution of Keith Raniere (NXIVM), and multiple decisions for Nikon Corp. against Carl Zeiss-ASML, which led to a global settlement agreement between the two parties.

Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Anthony took his interdisciplinary interests in art and science to the University of Pennsylvania, where he wrestled as a Division I athlete and earned a B.A. in Visual Studies, concentrating in Art Practice and Technology with a minor in Graphic Design. While there, he studied the history of visual culture, science and philosophy of visual perception, and his thesis “The Visual Language of Comics” looked at how humans perceive a narrative from inter-woven text and image. This gave him a broad foundation in the principles of design, illustration, and animation while also learning key skills for understanding complex technology which he applies throughout his work at Impact.

Outside of Impact, Anthony can be found exploring the city, working on illustrations and animations, or perfecting his pizza dough and pour-over technique in the kitchen.
