Bio

Kerry has spent her entire professional career in the field of communication design, with nearly a decade focusing on litigation. Before joining Impact, Kerry was an Interactive Designer at CaseSight where she specialized in creating tutorials for large-scale patent litigation.

At Impact, Kerry has led the communication design efforts on a variety of high-profile matters, including a case brought by Rue La La against GSI Commerce and eBay, for Paramount Pictures in a case brought against the film studio by investors in the ‘Melrose’ slate of films that includes such notables as Mean Girls and Mission Impossible III.

Most recently, Kerry was the lead designer for Ford Motor Company on a case involving Ford’s assisted parking technology in which a Washington jury returned a favorable outcome. Kerry’s work played a significant role in the trial’s favorable defense verdict.
