Jonathan Shin began his design communication career at the Huffington Post, where he worked on user–interface. His work ranged from political election timelines to data visualization graphics.
Leveraging his experience with digital tools, he created content for Sweetgreen to showcase new ingredients and their transparent supply chain. He later worked for Shake Shack to market a newly redesigned app, create graphics for investor relations, and craft stories about food and community.
At the Rhode Island School of Design, Jonathan studied Graphic Design in both a factual and creative context and began developing an interest in innovative visual communications tools and design.
When Jonathan is not researching original ways to tell stories, he is spending time with his family, golfing, hiking, and reading memoirs about food.
