At a young age, Leah Tran discovered her love and passion for art. She pursued her artistic interests throughout college at the University of Georgia, where she combined her natural talent with a developing interest in science to graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Scientific Illustration. Leah then went on to earn a Master of Science in Medical Illustration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Throughout her professional career, Leah lent her exceptional talents to a number of organizations, including major corporations and prestigious universities, as a freelance graphic designer. Her work included developing branding and identity strategies and turning complex ideas into relatable text and images through traditional and digital illustrations, animations, logos, posters, brochures, ad designs, social media content and more. Her efforts played a major role in launching numerous corporate and personal websites, and her illustrations have been published in General Surgery News, a leading digital publication for surgeons throughout the United States.
Leah is now utilizing her tremendous skills as a member of the Impact team, where her dynamic graphics assist clients in a variety of matters. When Leah is not busy illustrating and animating images at Impact, you can find her exploring New York’s diverse neighborhoods, running along the East River, or traveling with loved ones to create lifetime memories.
