Olaf Soot Design, LLC v. Daktronics, Inc.

New York, NY – After a two week trial a federal jury found that Daktronics, Inc., a world leader in digital display technology, infringed on our client’s patented invention of a motorized winch.

Olaf Soot Design, LLC was represented by Troutman Sanders LLP. Impact Trial’s team members were Jadyn Pak, Kate Fiebke, Jennifer Gustavson and Noah Berkley. Impact provided conceptualization, design, and production for this matter.
