Security Matters
Unlike most solutions available, TrialbyZoom is authorized to utilize Zoom for Government on both Civil and Criminal matters due to our status as a trusted and approved U.S. Government contractor.
Zoom for Government has all the same features within Commercial Zoom but operates in a dedicated, secure infrastructure designed to meet the requirements of FedRAMP Moderate baseline and DOD Impact Level 2. Data centers and storage locations are CONUS (Continental US) only with all customer sensitive data stored in AWS GovCloud.
Public Access
Public (observe only) Access can be made available realtime and live streamed through Youtube or IBM Watson Cloud.
First Hybrid Jury Trial in the SDNY
Impact Trial is proud to have hosted the first hybrid/in-court/online civil jury trial in the Southern District of New York. The paperless trial before U.S. District Court Judge Lorna G. Schofield consisted of over 60 registered remote participants, including witnesses from as far as Pune, India, and various locations around the United States. Access was also granted to the public and to the press. All hosting was handled on Impact’s Zoom for Government enabled TrialbyZoom platform.
Some people have a telephone where they say “Siri,” and Siri does whatever they ask or look it up. Some people have an application at home where they say “Alexa,” and Alexa does whatever they want or looks it up. The plaintiffs’ lawyers have an application where they say “Ashley” and up the document comes.
