First Hybrid Jury Trial in the SDNY

Impact Trial is proud to have hosted the first hybrid/in-court/online civil jury trial in the Southern District of New York. The paperless trial before U.S. District Court Judge Lorna G. Schofield consisted of over 60 registered remote participants, including witnesses from as far as Pune, India, and various locations around the United States. Access was also granted to the public and to the press. All hosting was handled on Impact's Zoom for Government enabled TrialbyZoom platform.
