BOSTON, MA – Impact concluded a three-week bench trial in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts (Boston), with WilmerHale on behalf of Harvard University against Students for Fair Admissions Inc. (SFFA). The plaintiff in this case alleged that Harvard University violated the Civil Rights Act by discriminating against Asian-American applicants. Harvard University vigorously defended their holistic review process of admissions in the ultimate effort to protect diversity in their institution and educational institutions throughout the nation.

Harvard was represented by WilmerHale.
