WEST PALM BEACH, FL – TransUnion purchased data solutions company TLFO LLC through a bankruptcy sale which led to an ownership interest intellectual property legal dispute between TLFO LLC and TransUnion. After a six-day trial, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Paul Hyman ruled that TBO, Inc. violated a sale order with TransUnion of TLFO LLC and its Bolt programming language.
