WACO, TX – Impact concluded a 5-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas (Waco), with WilmerHale on behalf of Intel Corporation against VLSI Technology LLC. The plaintiff in this case alleged that their ’522 and ’187 patents were infringed by Intel’s Speed Shift technology. The jurors in this case rejected VLSI’s claims of infringement and damages request of over $3 billion.
Intel Corporation was represented by WilmerHale, Gillam & Smith, Kelly, Hart & Hallman and James Wren.
