A-W Land Co., LLC et al. v. Anadarko E & P Company LP et al.

After a six day jury trial, Chief Judge Marcia S. Krieger ruled in favor of Anadarko E&P Company’s Rule 50 motion and dismissed a class of landowners breach of contract claims.

Anadarko was represented by Greenberg Traurig. Impact Trial’s team members consisted of Jadyn Pak, Jeff Woodbury, Jesse Stevenson and Xuanzi Jia.
