In 2007, Bill wanted to develop a different model for delivering trial consulting services. Through his desire to elevate, simplify, and lead the trial consulting industry, Impact Trial Consulting was born.

Throughout his career, Bill has provided expertise for matters across the country and around the world. Through his experience, Bill understands the complexity and logistical needs of litigation teams and their clients. Citigroup, Genentech, ASCAP, and Bank of America are just a few of the clients that have been supported by Bill throughout his career.

As an in-house trial technology specialist for the international law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP and the owner/operator of his own trial consulting business prior to co-founding Impact, Bill honed his skills both in the courtroom and the war room in order to provide teams with top level service and unparalleled end products.

When Bill takes a much-needed break from the fast-paced world of managing one of the world’s most successful trial consulting operations, he seeks out live music whenever he can.
