Kady is a behind-the-scenes professional dedicated to making sure everyone at Impact feels supported. She is someone who finds fulfillment in keeping all aspects of her life in order and is in her element when juggling several projects at once.
Before joining Impact, Kady worked in the hospitality and real estate industries where she played a pivotal role in maintaining their operational and administrative goals. These industries taught Kady about implementing effective business practices, demonstrating successful interpersonal skills, and utilizing her drive to stay motivated in completing every task in front of her.
In her free time, Kady enjoys watching live music, planning road trip adventures, cheering on OSU football, and attending events with her local NYC trivia team.
