Ask anyone to name the most calm, cool, and collected member of the Impact team and you will invariably hear one name – Randall Carter. Undoubtedly, these traits serve him well when rooting for his hometown team, the Washington Redskins and the newly formed NYC professional soccer team.
Randall joined Impact after four years with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP where he worked at trial with some of the best trial lawyers in the country. At Impact, Randall’s knowledge of in-court technology and substantial experience in a number of trials led to his consulting on several high-profile smartphone matters, one of which resulted in a jury verdict of over $1 billion. He has also served as the lead trial technology consultant on multiple eminent domain matters on behalf of Empire State Development, Atlantic Yards and the MTA. Randall took the lead on behalf of Chevron Corporation in their suit against Steven Donziger and associates.
Most recently, Randall led the in-court presentation efforts on behalf of eBay and GSI Commerce Inc. in their successful defense against Rue La La shareholders.
When he’s not leading multi-billion dollar matters or helping to literally reshape the city’s landscape, Randall likes hanging out in the Lower East Side and enjoying brunch surrounded by loved ones and friends.
