Rob offers our Operations Team a broad viewpoint that he has acquired through his professional and academic experiences. His ability to be both incredibly personable and analytical allows him to empower, organize, and assist the team. He feels that situations where he can multitask and manage many projects at once are conducive to his success.

Rob comes to Impact from a managerial background in the luxury automotive industry where he developed his skills in personnel management, business development, and sales analytics. He has earned degrees in International Business, Management, and Data Analytics from Frostburg State University.

Outside of work, Rob is a dedicated car fanatic and console gamer. You can find him hitting up Cars & Coffee events or sim racing in his personal E-racing rig. He is a lover of all things trivia and attends local trivia nights in DTLA to sharpen his knowledge and explore new areas of the city.
