INSIGHT
Frequently, cases of a sensitive subject matter rely heavily on compelling oral arguments and the credibility of its key players. In this set of opening slides for a landmark civil rights trial, we worked on a simplified presentation to support our client’s case against a defendant who had violated the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act by committing unconscionable business practices through a fraudulent gay conversion therapy program.
IMPACT
With a series of slides showing key players and professional experts who successfully discredited the defendants’ practice, we were able to show the jury the various forms of misrepresentation, deceptive counseling, and the beliefs/actions the defendants took to supposedly “cure” their patients from their sexuality.
