INSIGHT
Experts often use charts created in Word or Excel to support their opinions in reports. Although these charts may be suitable for reports, they are not user-friendly for a jury.
IMPACT
To make this expert’s study more interesting, we redrew the packs of cigarettes tested, placing them in an environment where jurors would find them, and added a simple animation to increase engagement and retention.
