Timelines should tell a simple story and stick to the point.
IMPACT
Too often, trial lawyers cram timelines full of events and entries that support their arguments but end up distracting from the fact that they are trying to make. Apple v. Samsung centered around the design of the iPhone, and Apple had a very simple story to tell, which was supported by evidence. We created a simple but powerful timeline to show the jury what Samsung’s phones looked like before the launch of the iPhone and what they looked like after.
