MARSHALL, TX – Following a four-day trial in Texas federal court, the jury found that garage door company Overhead Door Corp. owes Chamberlain Group, represented by Fish & Richardson PC and Gillam & Smith LLP, $43.4 million for selling garage door products that infringe one of Chamberlain’s patents.

The case is Chamberlain Group LLC v. Overhead Door Corp. et al., case number 2:21-cv-00084, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas before Judge Rodney Gilstrap.
