When Parmalat, an Italian conglomerate entered into what become one of Europe’s most significant bankruptcies, the trustees sought billions from Bank of America, Citi, and other financial giants. The trustees turned to Impact for help with their lawsuits against these economic powerhouses.

IMPACT

Some of the most effective demonstratives are also the simplest. We used PowerPoint to highlight the elements of forged bank statements that were used by top Parmalat executives to secure billions in financing from various financial institutions in the U.S. and elsewhere.
