BOSTON, MA – After a month-long trial and full day of deliberations in a civil case brought by Rue La La Shareholders, a Boston jury found Michael Rubin, eBay and GSI not liable for claims of breach of contract, tortious interference, unjust enrichment and unfair/deceptive practices related to the merger between GSI and eBay.

Carter, Kerry Cashman, Domhnall O’Donnchada, John Christopher and Alison Von Dollen led the Impact Trial team, and worked closely with the legal teams to provide invaluable trial technology and litigation graphics consulting and support throughout the trial.
