NEW YORK, NY – In a case that drew widespread attention, federal court Judge Robert Patterson, Jr. found 53rd Street Partners and one of its restaurant managers liable for discrimination on the basis of sex against a former employee and ordered nearly $200,000 in damages to the plaintiff. The case involved claims of sexual harassment among management and employees of one of 53rd Street’s restaurants.
Aaron Delaney and Mayur Saxena (Paul Weiss) represented the plaintiff. Randall E. Carter, Brittany Peters, Annie Hayes, Jesse W. Stevenson and Thomas S.Y. Lee of Impact Trial provided trial technology, litigation graphics consulting and support throughout the lengthy trial.
