27 Mar ExxonMobil Defeats NY Fraud Claims

NEW YORK, NY – Impact celebrates this tremendous victory on behalf of our phenomenal clients at Paul, Weiss and ExxonMobil. Four years of hearings culminating in a landmark three-week trial where our clients faced charges of massive fraud and nearly $2 Billion in damages resulting in a ruling that fully exonerates them of the wrongdoing that was claimed – a truly remarkable and well-deserved victory.
