Born in Hong Kong, Andre has roots in the Philippines. He grew up in New Jersey before moving to San Francisco, where he graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Francisco with a B.A. in Design, and a triple minor in Advertising, Catholic Studies and Philippine Studies.

Prior to joining Impact, Andre enjoyed using his design skills both on campus and in the greater Fil-Am community. He created everything from posters, merchandise designs, and social media posts, all the way to publications and books. Andre also often captured the world around him through photography. His design work has been featured in galleries and showcases at his university and his photos have appeared in a community based Filipinx newspaper, Mahalaya.

In his free time, Andre enjoys exploring the city and never leaves home without a camera or a sketchbook. He also often finds himself making memories through photographing life’s moments between friends and family.
