Fascinated by the intersection between art and technology, Rou has always looked for ways to combine creative and technical thinking. This eventually led her to pursue a career in crafting interactions and experiences from a design perspective.
Prior to joining Impact, Rou worked as a graphic artist and designer for two departments at UC San Diego, where she graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science. There, she explored branding, illustration, UI/UX design, and web development for a variety of campus initiatives. This included creating graphics for social media campaigns, developing designs for merchandise, and curating assets for concerts and events.
In her free time, Rou dabbles in digital art, photography, and baking. Aside from her creative outlets, you can find her reading web comics or catching up with the latest Korean drama.
