Born in the heart of the Midwest near Chicago, Amy moved to the Tampa, Florida area as a young teen. Amy attended the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, where she followed many of her life and career aspirations.
Prior to joining Impact, Amy spent 25 years building her career in finance and auditing in the casino industry. She left that field for a job in education while her daughter was still in school. Now that her daughter has completed high school, Amy has returned to the field of finance where she is ready to showcase her many years of experience.
In her free time, Amy loves to read. Every year, she sets a reading challenge for herself based on the number of books and types of genres. For the last several years, Amy has read 50 or more books. She also loves traveling – she and her husband are working on their bucket list which includes traveling to all 50 states.
