Born and raised in the Bay Area, Paola has always had a love for all things creative. She channeled this love for creativity into art, and eventually, graphic design. As a designer, Paola thrives on crafting thoughtful and engaging design solutions that captivate audiences, while balancing aesthetics and functionality.

Paola graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from San José State University (SJSU). During her time at the university, she completed an internship with SJSU’s Department of Design, held the position of Secretary for her cohort and the NEO Design Club, and received an Honorary Mention Award at the IDEEC Korea International Design Expo & Conference in South Korea.

Prior to joining Impact, Paola had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects in both nonprofit and tech startup spaces. She had a hand in creating impactful designs, developing branding and marketing materials for community events, and designing social media assets, promotional materials, and app features.

When she’s not designing, Paola enjoys drawing, watching movies, and fostering kittens.
