For over a decade, Ina has been directing design projects for bet-the-company litigation matters, assisting clients in a wide range of industries, and obtaining numerous favorable outcomes in commercial, antitrust, environmental, and intellectual property-related matters.
Recently, Ina led Impact’s efforts in an arbitration that resulted in more than $1 billion awarded to Refinería de Cartagena (Reficar), a refinery owned by Colombia’s largest company Ecopetrol, following a ruling by the International Chamber of Commerce. She also spearheaded Impact’s involvement in a no harm, no damages jury verdict on behalf of Dow Chemical in San Francisco Superior Court, over claims that PCE produced by Dow had contaminated groundwater in Modesto, CA.
Ina’s design and illustration expertise is complemented by a breadth of knowledge about advertising, branding, marketing, product design, and children’s education and entertainment.
Ina’s dedication to teamwork and her ability to provide clarity and engagement through design earned her and her team one of the first Emmys ever awarded in the category of interactive television. She uses this depth of experience to lead and mentor other members of Impact’s visual communications team.
Ina holds a B.F.A. from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA) at Tufts, in Boston, Massachusetts.
