Nancy is a behind-the-scenes operator dedicated to understanding how to best support and raise up those around her. She is in her element when tasked with solving a complex issue, improving operational efficiencies, or simply completing data sheets in Excel.
Prior to joining Impact, Nancy worked in the advertising industry, where she developed her skills in operations, business development, and managing the workflow and efficiencies of an entire company.
As a native New Yorker, you can find Nancy out exploring a hiking trail in NY, eating at a hole-in-the-wall establishment in the city, or at a dog park with her partner and their rescue dog, Archie.
